Bryce Nichols is an Associate at Beatty and Wozniak based in our Casper, Wyoming office. Bryce’s experience touches on multiple areas of practice in energy law, including litigation, regulatory, and environmental work. Always intending to become an oil and gas attorney, Bryce earned his undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering, giving him not only a legal understanding of the industry, but scientific comprehension as well.

Bryce was born in Utah but has lived in a variety of locations, including Alaska and Colombia, eventually settling in Wyoming, where he attended the University of Wyoming as a full-ride Trustees’ Scholarship Recipient. With experience as a ranchhand and his undergraduate studies, Bryce aims to address legal concerns involving landowners and the industry while having a dual perspective. Before joining the firm in 2023, he worked for the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office, where he was involved in prosecuting a multitude of cases, including murder, attempted murder, and other violent felonies.

When he is not in the courtroom, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, country dancing, competing in any sport under the sun, and the odd game of chess.
