Devon Bell is a seasoned attorney representing energy clients in a full range of oil and gas and natural resource development disputes. He regularly appears before state and federal courts, as well as regulatory bodies at all levels of government. Devon also has experience in environmental law, including the Clean Water Act.
Before joining Beatty & Wozniak’s team, he gained a broad range of litigation experience at various well-regarded defense firms in Denver. He handled civil, tort, construction defect, and workers’ compensation cases for clients, gaining critical courtroom experience, including jury selection, hearings, and trials.

A Colorado native and avid outdoorsman, Devon enjoys mountain biking, skiing, rock climbing, and fly fishing. You can usually find him at a local brewery with his wife and two golden retrievers, Waffle and Palacsinta. He is also conversant in Spanish and Hungarian and is a former reserve player for a semi-professional indoor soccer team.
